Our customized healthy meal plans are health focused, creative, and delicious. As a Certified Health Coach from Integrative Nutrition, I have combined my love for cooking, with my knowledge of healthy ingredients and recipes for specific dietary types. Our customized plans include daily recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, and health tips and advice to keep you on the right track.

Individually Tailored

Simply fill out the Dietary Preferences and Eating Habits Discovery Form. This 5-10 minute questionnaire will give us the pertinent information we need to tailor a custom dietary meal plan, cooking guide, and shopping list for your specific preferences. We can tailor delicious custom meal plans for many dietary conditions including vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free.

Coaching Support

Aimee from Life Naturally will be available for dietary support and coaching via email from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
