Are You Feeding Disease or Fighting It?

“Every time you eat or drink, you are either feeding disease or fighting it,” by Heather Morgan. Most people don’t make the connection between the food they eat and the quality of their health.  The truth is, the food we eat directly effects our energy levels, how we feel, how we look, our immune system, and if we develop a disease.  At Life Naturally, we believe that drinking clean water and eating an organic plant based diet is the best way to gain and keep radiant health.  Likewise, we believe eating a diet full of processed food and red meat is the quickest way to loose your health and develop disease.

What we eat daily is one of the biggest ways we can effect positive change on ourselves and the world.  Companies that use toxic ingredients and refuse to sell healthy food should be exposed and boycotted. Companies that protect the environment, source locally, and provide healthy food should be supported. The biggest way we can effect change in the world is VOTING WITH OUR DOLLARS.  For the most part, big corporations care about one thing, profits!  Countless times health activists like the Food Babe expose dangerous ingredients in products and these large corporations are quick to remove them.  The problem is, the general public is largely uneducated about the danger of chemical additives in their food and water supply.  If consumers become more educated on the health effects of these ingredients companies will be forced to remove them.  For an example of this, just look at the evolution of organic food.  10 years ago it was almost impossible to find organic food in stores and now organic food is displacing GMO products in many areas.

Remember, every time you eat you are voting with your dollars.  I try to avoid big chains if possible and I never eat fast food.  We have the power to force large corporations to give us access to organic food if we vote with our dollars. Finally, remember “every time you eat you are either feeding disease or fighting it,” Heather Morgan, MS.
